Team Building is fun at Tree Top Adventure Baguio
Once again we're back on our second day vacation in Baguio. This time we are going to have a team building.
On May 13, we went back to the Tree Top Adventure. I didn't have any clue what's in it for us. I was thinking of another day full of surprises. Well, I'm really surprised! I thought it was that easy and I am totally wrong.
The bloggers were divided into two groups, and the third group is the Azalea Team. We will have to finish all the challenges with a timer. It was raining hard, so I was wondering what activities lie ahead of us. Good luck to us!
The red, blue & green teams all have cheers created which is fun & releases our nervousness. It made us show our talents. The last time I joined a cheering competition was in college and it never crossed my mind that I'm going to do another cheer. This is exciting!
The first challenge is the Plank Step. Since most of us are heavy, it was a puzzle how we could manage to travel from one plank to another without stepping on the ground. We tried different ways how to balance ourselves and we were sweating so hard even if the weather is cold. Finally, after multiple attempts we made it to the finish line!
The second challenge is the ABC Game. Since all groups are having fun and it's raining, we could hardly hear each other. Each one has to recite the ABC in sequence. If we fail to follow the sequence, then we have to start over. And again, we did it!
The third activity is quite challenging, the Gem Drop. This has to be in good coordination for us to hook a shape and drop it to the matching shape.
The fourth is what really challenged our patience. It's called the Bar Lifter Balancer. Balancing the marbles again until we were able to lift it to the required level. Whew!
The fifth is the Loop Lift. Patience is what we need in order to finish. Each of us needs to focus on our own marble not to fall and at the same time, the marble in the middle shouldn't fall as well. Wow! It was really tough that I couldn't remember how many times we have to start over just to get this big round bar to the other side.
The sixth looks easy and again, it's challenging! Our group is divided into two and facing each other, we have to bring down the Helium Stick using only our index fingers.
The seventh is a little easy for us, the Pipeline. Using only one hand, the ping pong ball has to be transferred from one station to another. This is great! We're the only group who finished this challenge.
Now, for the last part of our team building is the Treasure Hunt. We were given an envelope with the puzzle of the treasure map, and then two persons in each team has to help each other to find the treasure (bulol). After finding the "bulol" we finished the game with the Phase Game.
We finished third, but what's good about our team building is the experience and how we managed to be patient until the end of the game.
