Wagner German Bakery

This is the first time that I am going to a German bakery/restaurant, and I have no idea what they have aside from the breads that I have heard of. Honestly, I am so curious about their food and so here I am, ready to try what they serve. I am so surprised that I'm welcomed by the owner, Mr. Bernhardt Wagner and  co-owner Mr. Thomas Brekitsch. They introduced me to their line of food and where they get the ingredients which are mostly imported from Germany, Austria and USA. The place is about 2 weeks old and most of the time, the breads are sold out. They are sold cheaper if it was baked the previous day. The baker is the wife of co-owner Thomas, who showed us the prepared sour dough that's used in most of their breads. I've tried the  Frühstücksbrot - breakfast bread  (typical white, crusty), Drei Kornbrot (three grain bread), Pretzel and more. I favored    Frühstücksbrot,   which is really, really good with my coffee. ...
